摘要

本文通过对1例2型糖尿病伴高血压患者的护理过程进行回顾分析，总结相关中医特色护理体会。患者入院后给予中医特色治疗、饮食护理及运动护理等针对性护理措施，协助患者做好控糖、降压治疗。经治疗，患者病情稳定，血糖及血压较前改善，现今已出院。

Abstract

This article reviewed and analyzed the nursing process of a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension， and summarized the related nursing experience with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics. Patients after admission to characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment， diet nursing and specific nursing measures， help patients be accused of sugar， antihypertensive therapy. After treatment， the patient's condition was stable， his blood glucose and blood pressure were improved， and he was discharged from the hospital.
