摘要

本文总结1例出血性中风伴高热患者的护理经验。中医学认为急性脑出血伴中枢性高热与素体气血亏虚、热盛内陷等密切相关，应将通腑、清热及活血作为基本治则。本病例采用单一的少商穴放血来降低患者体温，有效果但不显著。基于通腑泻热法，采用耳部全息铜砭刮痧及生大黄穴位贴敷改善患者便秘症状，并配合情志护理，有效缓解了患者高热。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of hemorrhagic stroke with hyperthermia. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that acute cerebral hemorrhage accompanied by central high fever is closely related to deficiency of Qi and blood in the body， heat accumulation and invagination， and should be treated as the basic principles of clearing the internal organs， clearing heat， and promoting blood circulation. In this case， a single Shaoshang acupoint bloodletting was taken to lower the patient's body temperature， which was effective but not significant. Based on the method of clearing the internal organs and reducing heat， holographic copper needle scraping and rhubarb acupoint application combined with emotional care were conducted， which improved the patient’s constipation symptoms， and effectively alleviated high fever.
