摘要

本文总结1例缺乳（乳汁淤积）产妇的护理体会。产妇于自然分娩后两天产生乳胀，产后三天乳胀加剧，局部乳房胀痛拒按，乳量少，不能满足新生儿的需要，产妇担心乳汁淤积不能缓解而产生焦虑。通过中医辩证施护，给予背部乳腺投影区铜砭刮痧联合膻中穴、乳根穴、期门穴穴位按摩，产妇症状缓解，乳胀消失，乳量能满足新生儿需要，实现纯母乳喂养。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience on a lying-in woman with milk deficiency （milk stasis）. The lying-in woman experienced breast distension two days after natural childbirth， but intensified breast distension three days after delivery. Local breast distension and pain refused to be applied， resulting in a small amount of milk that cannot meet the needs of the newborn. The lying-in woman worried that milk stasis could not be relieved and experienced anxiety. Based on dialectical nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine， massage the projection area of the back breast with copper needle scraping combined with the acupoints of Tanzhong， Rugen， and Qimen was applied， which relieved the symptoms. Breast distension disappeared， the amount of milk could meet the needs of the newborn， and pure breastfeeding was achieved.
