摘要

本文总结1例脑梗死后遗症患者的中西医结合护理体会。患者入院后，在落实常规护理的基础上，结合中医辨证施护理论，进行临证施护，实施起居护理、饮食调护、情致护理及中医护理技术如穴位电刺激、中药泡洗、穴位按摩、穴位贴敷等多种中医护理干预。通过中西医结合护理，改善患者脑梗死后遗症期并发症症状，有效提高治疗效果，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with sequelae of cerebral infarction. After the patient was admitted， based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation nursing， clinical nursing such as living care， dietary adjustment， and emotional care combined with TCM nursing including acupoint electrical stimulation， TCM soaking and washing， acupoint massage， and acupoint application were conducted. Through the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing， the symptoms of complications during the sequelae of cerebral infarction were improved， and the treatment effect as well as the patient’s life quality were effectively improved.
