摘要

本文总结温和灸治疗1例糖尿病周围神经病变下肢疼痛患者的护理经验。患者在入院后完善护理评估，基于中医辨证，开展温和灸、饮食调护、情志护理等中医护理干预以及控制血糖、手足护理等常规西医护理，改善患者下肢体疼痛等症状，缓解病情，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of lower limb pain caused by diabetes peripheral neuropathy treated with mild moxibustion. After admission， based on nursing evaluation and the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation， TCM nursing interventions， including mild moxibustion， dietary adjustment， emotional care， as well as routine Western medicine nursing such as blood sugar control and hand and foot care were conducted. The patient’s symptoms such as lower limb pain were improved， the condition was alleviated， and the quality of life was improved.
