摘要

目的

探索耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴与单纯西药治疗原发性高血压的疗效差异。

方法

选择80名原发性高血压患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均进行常规的苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗；观察组在此基础上增加耳穴压豆和吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴治疗；密切观察患者的血压变化、症状积分和中医证候变化。

结果

观察组在血压下降幅度、症状缓解和中医证候改善方面均显著优于对照组。

结论

采用耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸敷贴涌泉穴的方法治疗原发性高血压，相较于仅用西医疗法在中医证候的改善及降低血压效果上表现更为显著。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the difference in therapeutic effect between auricular point pressing combined with Evodia rutaecarpa application Yongquan acupoint and simple Western medicine treatment for primary hypertension.

Methods

80 patients with primary hypertension were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Both groups received routine treatment with amlodipine besylate tablets. The observation group was treated additionally with auricular point pressing combined with Evodia rutaecarpa application Yongquan acupoint. The patients' blood pressure， symptom scores， and changes in Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes were closely observed.

Results

The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of blood pressure reduction， symptom relief， and improvement of TCM syndromes.

Conclusion

The method of using auricular point pressing combined with Evodia rutaecarpa application Yongquan acupoint to treat primary hypertension was more significant in improving TCM syndrome and lowering blood pressure compared to using Western medicine alone.
