摘要

本文总结1例李氏铜砭刮痧治疗卡培他滨致手足综合征患者的护理体会。基于中医基础理论指导下运用李氏铜砭刮痧技术使患者症状得以缓解，并配合健康宣教，对改善患者因化疗药物所致的手足综合征有明显效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with capecitabine induced hand foot syndrome treated with Li's copper needle scraping therapy. Guided by the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine， the application of Li's copper needle scraping technique combined with health education could effectively alleviate the patient’s hand-foot symptoms caused by chemotherapy drug.
