摘要

本文回顾1例温通拨筋罐治疗梨状肌综合征患者的护理效果，并总结相关护理经验。在中医辨证施术结合软组织外科学理论指导下，运用温通拨筋罐推拿拨筋、艾灸、刮痧三法合一的手段进行治疗护理，不仅能使病人臀腿部疼痛症状减轻，还可使臀腿部功能活动得到大幅改善，提高患者对中医护理的满意度。

Abstract

This article reviews the nursing effect of one case of piriformis syndrome treated with Wentong tendons cupping， and summarizes relevant nursing experience. Guided by the syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the theory of soft tissue surgery， the patient was treated and nursed with the Wentong tendons cupping by massage， moxibustion and scraping， which not only alleviated the patient’s buttocks and legs pain symptoms， but also improved the buttocks and legs function activities significantly. The patient's satisfaction with TCM care was improved。
