摘要

本文总结1例骨科多发损伤截肢术后幻肢痛患者的护理体会。在子午流注理论的基础上，运用五音疗法联合循经穴位按摩等中医特色技术，配合中医饮食护理、生活起居、药物及情志疏导等护理措施，有效降低了患者幻肢痛的程度，缓解了患者焦虑情绪，改善了患者睡眠质量，降低了镇痛药物的应用频次，提高了患者对护理的满意度。

Abstract

This paper summarized one case of orthopaedic multiple nursing of phantom limb pain after amputation injury patients. Based on the theory of meridian flow， the application of five-tone therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology such as acupoint massage along meridians， combined with traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing， daily life， drug and emotional counseling and other nursing measures， effectively reduces the degree of phantom limb pain of patients， relieves anxiety of patients， improves sleep quality of patients， and reduces the frequency of analgesic drug application. Patients' satisfaction with nursing was improved.
