摘要

本文总结1例肾阳虚衰型心衰患者应用中药喷雾联合揿针缓解口渴的护理经验。根据患者辨证分型，在经典古方参麦饮基础上加减制成中药喷雾，联合揿针技术，缓解患者口渴症状，使容量得到管理，提高患者舒适度和口腔清洁度。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of Chinese medicine spray combined with press needle in relieving thirst symptoms of a patient with heart failure of kidney Yang deficiency type. According to the syndrome differentiation and classification， the Chinese medicine spray was used by adding and subtracting the classic ancient prescription Shenmai Drink， and combined with pressing needle technology to alleviate the patient’s thirst symptoms， manage the capacity， and improve the comfort and oral cleanliness.
