摘要

本例患者因误服松香水，出现急性肝脏损伤的表现。通过分析其中毒特点、化验指标和临床表现，给予患者2次人工肝治疗并保肝退黄抗感染治疗，同时落实有效的护理措施。经25天积极治疗与护理，患者病情好转出院。松香水中毒后因病情进展快而极易发生多器官衰竭而死亡，故对于护理工作要求更加严格，治疗期间密切观察病情，并加强对患者的症状护理、管路护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理、心理护理及人工肝治疗的护理，对促进患者病情好转起到重要作用。

Abstract

This patient suffered from acute liver injury due to taking rosin water by mistake. Through analysis of the poisoning characteristics， laboratory indicators and clinical manifestations， the patient was given two times of artificial liver treatment and anti-infection treatment. At the same time， effective nursing measures were implemented. After 25 days of active treatment and nursing， the patient's condition improved and left the hospital. After rosin water poisoning， multiple organ failure is very likely to occur due to the rapid progress of the disease. Therefore， the requirements for nursing work are strict. During the treatment， the patient's condition was closely observed， and the patient's symptom care， pipeline care， diet care， skin care， psychological care and artificial liver treatment care were strengthened， which played an important role in improving the patient's condition.
