摘要

本文总结1例基于辛温助阳理论，运用中药热奄包改善老年女性宫腔镜术后患者就医感受的护理体会。宫腔镜手术是妇科常用手术方式，但是由于手术操作过程中对子宫内膜的手术创伤以及内外寒冷的刺激，加之老年女性经历经带胎产及肾阳虚衰，患者寒冷及疼痛症状严重影响患者术后就医感受，影响患者康复。本案例通过分析不良就医感受产生的原因，基于中医辨证施护理论，对证选药，制成辛温助阳热奄包。通过相应的经络循行及穴位，运用辛温助阳热奄技术，配合饮食护理及情志护理，有效改善患者寒冷、疼痛的症状，提高了患者就医感受，促进患者术后康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes 1 case based on the theory of XinWen Yang， use medicine hot I package to improve nursing treatment experience of older women hysteroscopy surgery patients. Hysteroscopic surgery is a common surgical method in gynecology， but due to the surgical trauma to the endometrium and the cold stimulation inside and outside during the operation， coupled with the experience of elderly women with fetal delivery and kidney Yang deficiency， the cold and pain symptoms of patients seriously affect the patient's postoperative medical experience and rehabilitation. This case through the analysis of the causes of poor experience， based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory， witnesses choose medicine， made XinWen Yang hot I package. Through the corresponding meridian circulation and acupoints， the use of heat and heat to help Yang， combined with diet nursing and emotional nursing， can effectively improve the symptoms of cold and pain， improve the patient's medical experience， and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
