摘要

本文总结1例自制中药热敷包联合熏蒸法在难愈性粉刺性乳痈患者的护理体会。结合患者乳房反复破溃、肉腐成脓，疼痛难忍，经久不愈的病情和特殊性进行综合评估，计划予中医治疗方法介入。针对本病例采用自制中药热敷包联合熏蒸法，结合适宜温度和治疗时间予患者伤口疗效评估、疼痛及心理护理、门诊随访等系统性护理措施，60 d后患者伤口基本愈合。对于此例患者的浆细胞性乳腺炎，中药热敷联合中药熏蒸法具有消痈排脓、促进伤口愈合、减轻疼痛的作用。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of self-made traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with fumigation in a patient with refractory comedo mastitis. Combined with the patient's condition of repeated breast ulceration， flesh decay into pus， unbearable pain， long-term unhealed condition and particularity， the patient was comprehensively evaluated， and the Chinese medicine treatment method was planned to be intervened. For this case， self-made traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with fumigation， combined with appropriate temperature and treatment time， was given to the patient's wound efficacy evaluation， pain and psychological nursing， outpatient follow-up and other systematic nursing measures. After 60 days， the wound of the patient was basically healed. For the patient's plasma cell mastitis， traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has the effects of eliminating carbuncle and purulent discharge， promoting wound healing and relieving pain.
