摘要

本文总结1例三联序贯疗法联合中医特色护理治疗风寒湿痹型肩痹患者的护理经验。通过辨证选取经络穴位，基于中医基础理论，开展温灸、铜砭刮痧和拔罐三联序贯疗法治疗。同时配合生活起居护理、康复护理等措施，患者肩关节活动范围较前增大，VAS评分由干预前6分降至4分。该疗法简便易行，患者易于接受，疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of triple sequential therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for a patient with shoulder aralgia caused by wind-cold-damp aralgia. Through syndrome differentiation， the meridian points were selected， and based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， the triple sequential therapy of warm moxibustion， scraping with copper bian and cupping was carried out. At the same time， with daily life nursing， rehabilitation nursing and other measures， the range of motion of shoulder joint was increased， and the VAS score decreased from 6 to 4. The treatment is simple， easy to be accepted by patients， and the curative effect is significant， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
