摘要

本文总结1例穴位按摩联合中药穴位贴敷治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀患者的护理体会。根据中医辨证基础理论，分析患者术后发生腹胀的原因，在病情观察、生活起居护理、饮食护理、情志护理等常规中医护理措施基础上选用穴位按摩联合中药穴位贴敷，有效缓解患者腹胀症状，加速康复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

this paper summarizes in 1 point massage with Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery nursing for patients with abdominal distension. According to the basic theory of TCM syndrome differentiation， the causes of postoperative abdominal distension were analyzed. On the basis of conventional TCM nursing measures such as disease observation， daily life nursing， diet nursing and emotional nursing， acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application was selected to effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal distension， accelerate recovery and improve the quality of life of patients.
