摘要

本文总结平衡火罐结合中药介质走罐在1例高位复杂性肛瘘患者中的护理体会。通过辨证施术，采用中医特色平衡火罐技术，在走罐过程中使用中药油介质，使药物经皮吸收，达到减轻肛门疼痛、促进创面愈合的效果。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of balanced cupping combined with Chinese medicine medium in a case of high complexity anal fistula. Based on syndrome differentiation， balanced cupping technique combined with Chinese medicine oil medium was conducted. During the cupping process， Chinese medicine oil medium was used to facilitate percutaneous absorption of drugs， achieving the effect of reducing anal pain and promoting wound healing.
