摘要

目的

充分发挥中医护理辩证施护在临床中的运用。

方法

通过对1例面肌痉挛患者实施中医护理辩证施护，配合情志护理、饮食调理、中医护理适宜技术及健康教育。

结果

该例面肌痉挛患者面肌痉挛症状分级和面神经功能均改善明显，护理效果显著。

结论

临床工作中应积极辨证施护，开展中医护理适宜技术。

Abstract

Objective

To give full play to the application of dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.

Methods

One patient with hemifacial spasm was given dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine， combined with emotional nursing， diet conditioning， appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and health education.

Results

The symptom grading and facial nerve function of the patient with hemifacial spasm were significantly improved， and the nursing effect was significant.

Conclusions

In clinical work， we should actively dialectical nursing and carry out the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.
