摘要

本文总结1例应用耳穴综合治疗严重失眠伴头痛患者的护理体会。耳穴综合治疗是将耳穴按摩、耳尖放血、耳穴贴压结合起来的一种耳穴特色疗法。通过耳部按摩，可缓解患者紧张、焦虑的情绪；耳轮放血可以镇静并有安神作用，通过理血调气、通达经络，使脏腑气血调和的作用；最后根据患者的症状选取耳部相应穴位进行贴压，可有效缓解患者的症状。耳穴综合治疗能增强护理效果，具有操作简便安全且疗效显著，患者易于接受。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with severe insomnia and headache treated by auricular point comprehensive treatment. Auricular point comprehensive therapy is a special auricular point therapy which combines auricular point massage， auricular tip bloodletting and auricular point sticking. Through the ear massage， can alleviate tension and anxiety； Helix bloodletting can calm and calm the mind by regulating blood and regulating qi， connecting meridians， and harmonizing qi and blood of zangfu organs. Finally， according to the symptoms of patients， the corresponding auricular points are selected for sticking and pressing， which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients. Comprehensive auricular point therapy can enhance the nursing effect， and has the characteristics of simple operation， safe operation， significant curative effect， and easy to be accepted by patients.
