摘要

本文总结耳穴三联疗法治疗1例腹膜透析高血压伴突发性耳鸣患者的护理经验。在完善护理评估、中医辨证基础上实施耳穴三联疗法（耳部按摩、耳部放血、耳穴贴压），能有效降低患者的血压，改善其耳鸣、头痛的症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using triple therapy of auricular acupoints to treat a patient with peritoneal dialysis hypertension and sudden tinnitus. Based on the nursing evaluation and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation， implementing the triple therapy of auricular acupoints （ear massage， ear bleeding， ear acupoint pressing） could effectively reduce the patient's blood pressure and improve the symptoms of tinnitus and headache.
