摘要

本文总结1例经内镜取食道异物患者的护理体会。护理人员通过收集患者资料，结合护理评估，得出具有针对性的护理诊断。同时术前准备仪器物品，术中熟练配合医生操作，并予患者心理护理、饮食护理、并发症预防及健康宣教等措施。经干预，提高了手术成功率，减少患者并发症，有效解除患者疼痛。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with foreign body in the endoscopic feeding tract. Nursing staff obtained targeted nursing diagnosis by collecting patients' data and combining with nursing assessment. Preoperative preparation instrument items at the same time， cooperate a doctor intraoperative skilled operation， and to the patient's psychological nursing， diet nursing， complication prevention and health education. After intervention， the success rate of operation was improved， the complications of patients were reduced， and the pain of patients was effectively relieved.
