摘要

本文总结1例运用小儿推拿联合中药穴位贴敷治疗感冒后咳嗽患儿的护理体会。根据患儿情况做好辨证分型，做好护理评估；基于中医基础理论，采取推拿和中药穴位贴敷等中医外治干预措施，并配合西医常规护理干预。中医外治疗法，操作简单，患儿接受度和依从性较高，可有效改善患儿的咳嗽症状，减少咳嗽次数，缩短病程。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of pediatric massage combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cough after cold. According to the situation of children， do a good job of syndrome differentiation and nursing assessment； Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， the external treatment interventions of traditional Chinese medicine such as massage and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine were adopted， combined with routine western medicine nursing intervention. TCM external treatment is simple to operate， with high acceptance and compliance of children， which can effectively improve the cough symptoms of children， reduce the frequency of cough， and shorten the course of disease.
