摘要

本文总结1例中医全息刮痧缓解肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者的护理经验。在常规护理的基础上，通过实施中医全息刮痧，有效的缓解了患者的脸痒、鼻痒、红斑等不适症状，以期为缓解过敏性鼻炎患者的护理措施提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with allergic rhinitis of lung-spleen qi deficiency by holographic scraping of traditional Chinese medicine. On the basis of routine nursing， the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine holographic scraping can effectively relieve the patients' facial itching， nasal itching， erythema and other discomfort symptoms， so as to provide a reference for relieving the nursing measures of patients with allergic rhinitis.
