摘要

在1例阴阳毒患者退热后、头痛剧烈时使用刮痧板进行循经刮痧，缓解足少阳胆经头痛症状。同时施以引阳入阴手法按摩改善其由心肾不交引起的不寐问题，护理效果明显。

Abstract

After a patient with Yin Yang toxin had fever and severe headache， a scraping board was used for meridian scraping to alleviate the symptoms of foot Shaoyang and gallbladder meridian headache. At the same time， the massage technique of introducing Yang into Yin was applied to improve the insomnia caused by heart kidney non communication， and the nursing effect was significant.
