摘要

本文总结1例穴位放血联合穴位按摩治疗急性缺血性脑卒中昏迷患者的护理经验。通过科学的护理辨证及辨证分型为患者制定护理方案，并选用适宜的中医护理技术。穴位放血联合穴位按摩，缩短患者昏迷时间，应用经络拍打及良肢位的摆放，促进患者肢体功能恢复，为患者建立战胜疾病的信心，提高患者的自理能力和生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of acute ischemic stroke coma patient treated with acupoint bloodletting combined with acupoint massage. Through scientific nursing syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation classification， nursing programs were formulated for patients， and appropriate TCM nursing techniques were selected. Acupoint bloodletting combined with acupoint massage can shorten the coma time of patients， and use meridian tapping and good limb position to promote the recovery of limb function of patients， establish confidence for patients to overcome the disease， and improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients.
