摘要

本文探讨穴位注射足三里治疗1例脑梗死患者膈肌痉挛的护理体会，主要包括穴位注射技术的方法与注意事项，并配合生活指导、心理干预等常规护理举措。基于中医基础理论的穴位注射足三里能有效治疗膈肌痉挛，提高患者舒适度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This paper discussed foot three mile point injection treatment of 1 case of cerebral infarction patients experience from the nursing of diaphragmatic muscle spasms， mainly including the method of point injection technology and matters needing attention， and cooperate with the conventional nursing measures such as life guidance， psychological intervention. Acupoint injection of Zusanli based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively treat diaphragmatic spasm and improve the comfort of patients， which is worthy of clinical application.
