摘要

本文总结1例食管炎伴顽固性呃逆患者的中医适宜技术应用和中医特色护理经验。在加强常规护理的基础上，运用中医辨证思维，针对患者证型实施辨证施护，通过实施耳穴压豆、穴位注射联合腕踝针改善患者呃逆症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the application of suitable Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques and nursing experience in a patient with esophagitis accompanied by refractory hiccup. On the basis of strengthening routine nursing， TCM dialectical thinking is applied to implement dialectical nursing according to the patient's syndrome type. The patient's hiccup symptoms were improved by implementing ear point pressing， acupoint injection， and wrist ankle acupuncture.
