摘要

本文总结1例鹦鹉热患者的中西医结合护理体会。结合患者的实际病情，在抗感染、化痰、退热、降糖、降脂，维持电解质平衡等治疗的基础上，予以饮食护理、体温护理、中医特色护理、情志护理及基础护理等多种护理措施，加快患者身体康复进程，保证治疗的安全性，提高了治疗效果。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of psittacosis with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Combined with the actual condition of the patient， on the basis of anti-infection， phlegm reduction， fever， hypoglycemic， lipid-lowering， maintaining electrolyte balance and other treatments， various nursing measures such as diet nursing， body temperature nursing， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing， emotional nursing and basic nursing are provided to speed up the process of physical recovery of the patient， ensure the safety of treatment， and improve the therapeutic effect.
