摘要

本文总结1例手指点穴结合中药膏摩治疗心衰患者双下肢水肿的效果及中医护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，采用手指点穴结合中药膏摩的中医治疗手段，同时加强饮食护理，旨在改善患者临床症状，减轻患者不适程度，促进患者康复，以期为临床治疗心衰病所致的双下肢水肿提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarized the effect of finger acupoint combined with Chinese ointment rub in the treatment of lower limb edema in a patient with heart failure and traditional Chinese medicine nursing experience. On the basis of improving the nursing assessment， the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of finger point combined with Chinese ointment rubbing was adopted， and the diet nursing was strengthened at the same time， so as to improve the clinical symptoms of patients， reduce the degree of discomfort of patients， and promote the rehabilitation of patients， so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment of lower limb edema caused by heart failure.
