摘要

本文总结了1例房颤射频消融术联合左心耳封堵术的围手术期护理经验。术前对患者加强生活护理、病情监测以及完善手术准备；术中进行心电监测及观察病情动态变化，并进行手术配合；术后监测患者生命体征，实施穿刺伤口护理、并发症预防、健康教育及出院指导等。患者术后3天顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of a case of atrial fibrillation treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with left atrial appendage occlusion. Before surgery， the patient's daily care and surgical preparation were strengthened， and his condition was monitored. Electrocardiogram monitoring was performed， dynamic changes in the patient’s condition during surgery were observed， and surgical cooperation was provided. Postoperative monitoring of patient vital signs， puncture wound care， prevention of complications， health education， and discharge guidance were implemented. The patient was discharged smoothly 3 days after surgery.
