摘要

本文分享医护一体护理模式下的1例静脉曲张合并静脉炎手术患者的中西医结合治疗及护理经验。通过中药塌渍治疗改善局部炎症，以减轻患者的疼痛症状；以吐纳六字诀和循经拍打为主的特色功能锻炼宣教调整机体状态，促进患者恢复。患者经过14天住院治疗，病情好转出院。

Abstract

This paper shares the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing for a patient with varicose veins combined with phlebitis under the integrated nursing mode. Through the Chinese herbal medicine soaking， the local inflammation was improved to reduce the pain symptoms. Based on the six-character formula and meridians tapping therapy， the patient’s body state was adjusted to promote the recovery. After 14 days of hospitalization， the patient's condition improved and he was discharged.
