摘要

肠造口高排量作为造口术后并发症之一，中西医治疗与护理的侧重与优势各不相同。本文总结1例中西医结合治疗回肠造口术后造口高排量患者的护理经验，包括肠造口高排量管理和造口护理、耳穴埋籽联合穴位贴敷、辨证施膳等。根据中医辨证选择个性化中西医结合护理措施，最终达到造口排量有效管理。

Abstract

High output of colostomy is one of the complications after ileostomy. The treatment and nursing of Chinese and Western medicine have different emphasis and advantages. This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of patient with high output after ileostomy treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine， including high-output stoma （HOS） management and stoma care， auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application， dialectical Diet， etc. Personalized integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures were selected according to patients' TCM syndrome differentiation， which achieved effective management of HOS.
