摘要

1例患者出现转移性右下腹疼痛，诊断为急性坏疽性阑尾炎伴穿孔，患者行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术，给予患者术前、术后护理常规。在此基础上，予患者穴位贴敷和红光照射治疗，促进患者肛门排气和切口愈合。该病例临床表现典型，诊疗过程明确，以该病例为基础，结合PBL问题引导式教学法、角色扮演法以及小组实训练习进行教学，教学效果良好。

Abstract

A patient with metastatic right lower abdominal pain was diagnosed as acute gangrenous appendicitis with perforation. The patient underwent laparoscopic appendectomy， and was given preoperative and postoperative nursing routine. On this basis， to the point attach and red light irradiation treatment， promote patients anus exhaust and incision healing. The clinical manifestations of this case were typical， and the diagnosis and treatment process were clear. Based on this case， PBL teaching method， role play method and group training practice were combined， and the teaching effect was good.
