摘要

本文总结2例基于共同护理模式下脱疽病患者并发多脏器衰竭，在围术期中采取中西医结合护理的护理体会。经过对病人应用一体化综合共同护理模式后，患者对疾病治疗的认识及理解得到明显提升，心理健康状态良好，有效减轻了患者疼痛，提高生活品质。通过运用共同护理模型，予患者全方面、整体连续性的护理，改善患者生命品质，亟待临床普及和运用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of two patients with decrenoderma complicated with multiple organ failure under the common nursing mode， and taking integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing during the perioperative period. After the application of the integrated comprehensive common nursing model， the patient's awareness and understanding of disease treatment have been significantly improved， the mental health state is good， the pain of patients has been effectively reduced， and the quality of life has been improved. The shared care model can provide patients with comprehensive， holistic and continuous care and improve their quality of life， which needs to be popularized in clinical practice.
