摘要

本文总结1例腹腔镜术后子宫肌瘤患者行中医艾灸联合耳穴压丸治疗的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取艾灸联合耳穴压丸治疗并配合饮食指导，情志调理，生活起居护理，健康知识宣教等常规护理措施。经护理干预患者术后胃肠功能得到明显改善，有效的缓解了腹胀、腹痛的临床症状，促进了患者术后康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with uterine fibroids after laparoscopic surgery treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing. Based on the theory of dialectical nursing in TCM， moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing combined with nursing measures including dietary guidance， emotional regulation， daily living care， and health knowledge education were adopted. After nursing intervention， the patient's postoperative gastrointestinal function was significantly improved， and the clinical symptoms of abdominal distension and pain were effectively alleviated， which promoted the patient's postoperative recovery.
