摘要

本文总结1例丹毒合并肢体闭塞性动脉硬化患者行中西医结合护理的体会。对患者进行中药塌渍，中药局部熏洗等中西医结合的护理方法，同时提升患者对疾病和治疗的理解。经护理干预后，患者心理健康状态良好，有效改善了患者症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a patient with erysipelas and limb occlusive arteriosclerosis. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods such as Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse and local fumigation and washing were implemented. The patient’s understanding of the disease and treatment was enhanced. After nursing intervention， the patient's mental health was good and the symptoms were effectively improved.
