摘要

类风湿性关节炎是临床中典型的慢性自身免疫性疾病，积极有效的护理措施对于减轻患者痛苦，延缓病程发展具有重要意义。本文总结1例尪痹病患者行中药蜡疗联合皮内针治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用中医皮内针+中药蜡疗+中医运动疗法配合腰椎功能锻炼，结合情志护理、饮食护理，有效缓解患者腰椎关节疼痛症状，降低疼痛评分，提高患者生活质量，加快患者腰椎活动度的功能恢复。

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） is a typical chronic autoimmune disease in clinical practice. Active and effective nursing measures are of great significance to alleviate the pain of patients and delay the progression of the disease. This paper summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a case of arthralgia patients treated with traditional Chinese wax therapy combined with intradermal acupuncture. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and care， the use of TCM intradermal acupuncture + traditional Chinese wax therapy + traditional Chinese exercise therapy combined with lumbar functional exercise， emotional care and diet care can effectively relieve the symptoms of lumbar joint pain， reduce pain scores， improve the quality of life of patients， and accelerate the functional recovery of lumbar motion.
