摘要

针对本专科内1例肝阳上亢型偏头痛患者，采用中医护理技术循经穴位拔罐联合耳穴贴压，结合生活起居、情志、饮食等护理。经过中医护理适宜技术干预，改善了患者的疼痛VAS评分和焦虑状态，患者顺利出院。循经拔罐联合耳穴贴压可有效改善肝阳上亢型偏头痛症状，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

For a patient with liver-yang hyperactivity type migraine in our department， Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques， acupoint cupping along the meridian combined with auricular acupoint pressing， combined with daily life care， emotional， dietary and other nursing care were implemented. After appropriate intervention with TCM nursing techniques， the patient's pain VAS score was decreased and anxiety state was improved， and the patient was discharged smoothly. The combination of cupping along the meridian and auricular acupoint pressing could effectively improve the symptoms of liver-yang hyperactivity migraine， alleviate pain， and improve the patient’s life quality.
