摘要

股骨颈骨折是老年人常见的骨折之一，围手术期管理对于患者的康复至关重要。本文总结1例股骨颈骨折患者围手术期的护理要点，包括术前准备、术后护理及并发症预防等。同时，还讨论了康复锻炼在股骨颈骨折治疗中的重要性，并提出针对性的护理措施和建议，得出股骨颈骨折患者在围手术期采用中西医结合护理方法对患者预后效果较好，术后尽早下床进行功能锻炼对患者康复尤为重要的结论。

Abstract

Femoral neck fracture is one of the common fractures in the elderly， and perioperative management is very important for the rehabilitation of patients. This article summarizes the key points of perioperative nursing for a patient with femoral neck fracture， including preoperative preparation， postoperative nursing and complication prevention. At the same time， it also discussed the importance of rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of femoral neck fracture， and put forward targeted nursing measures and suggestions. It was concluded that the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing method in the perioperative period of patients with femoral neck fracture had a better prognosis， and it was particularly important to get out of bed as soon as possible for the rehabilitation of patients.
