摘要

目的

总结五浴养肾按摩手法治疗1例慢性肾衰腰痛患者的护理体会。

方法

对1例慢性肾衰腰痛患者进行五浴养肾按摩手法治疗，取腰部督脉上的肾俞穴、耳部全身脏器对应的耳穴、腹部任脉上的关元穴、头部经外奇穴的太阳穴、足底足少阴肾经的涌泉穴，通过不同手法对五个部位的穴位进行五浴养肾按摩手法护理，1次/d，每个浴法实施36次，一个疗程为14 d。临床运用疼痛视觉模拟评分量表（visual analogue scale， VAS）来评价患者的疼痛程度。

结果

通过实施五浴养肾按摩手法治疗后，患者疼痛评分由8分降到了2分，患者腰痛症状得到改善。

结论

对腰痛患者实施五浴养肾按摩手法治疗，能有效缓解患者腰痛、焦虑等症状，且该手法具有副作用小、安全性高、操作无痛、患者易于接受的优势，提高了患者对中医护理的满意度，值得临床推广普及。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with chronic kidney failure and low back pain treated by five baths nourishing kidney massage.

Methods

A patient with chronic kidney failure and low back pain was treated with five baths nourishing kidney massage techniques. Shenshu point on the lumbar Du pulse， ear point corresponding to the whole body organs， Guanyuan point on the abdominal Ren pulse， temple point of the head at Weiqi point， Yongquan point of the foot foot Shaoyin kidney channel were treated with five baths nourishing kidney massage techniques through different methods， once a day. Each bath was performed 36 times for 14 days. The visual analogue scale （VAS） was used to evaluate the pain degree of patients.

Results

The pain score of patients decreased from 8 to 2 and the symptoms of low back pain were improved after five baths nourishing kidney massage therapy.

Conclusion

Five bath nourishing kidney massage therapy for patients with low back pain can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with low back pain， anxiety and other symptoms， and this technique has the advantages of few side effects， high safety， painless operation and easy acceptance by patients， improve patients' satisfaction with traditional Chinese medicine nursing， and is worthy of clinical popularization.
