摘要

本文总结1例乙肝后肝硬化伴肝性脑病患者行中药灌肠技术治疗的护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性措施，实施中药石军颗粒灌肠及饮食、生活等常规护理，患者肝性脑病症状得以改善。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of posthepatitic cirrhosis with hepatic encephalopathy treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine enema. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， targeted measures including Shijun granules enema， as well as routine nursing care such as diet and daily life care were implemented. The symptoms of hepatic encephalopathy in the patient were improved.
