摘要

本文总结运用先清后补法推拿治疗1例小儿便秘患者的效果和护理体会。在完善护理评估的基础上，运用小儿推拿手法，操作中前期侧重清法，后期重用补法。同时配合心理护理和饮食指导，有效改善患儿便秘症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the effect and nursing experience of massage treatment of a case of pediatric constipation by first clearing and then toning. On the basis of the improvement of nursing evaluation， the use of pediatric massage techniques， the operation of the early focus on the clear method， the later reuse and supplement method. At the same time with psychological nursing and dietary guidance， effectively improve the symptoms of constipation in children.
