摘要

本文总结1例中药穴位敷贴治疗急性脑梗死患者便秘的护理体会。通过给予患者常规护理，具体包括病情监测、饮食调整、用药护理、生活起居护理以及心理护理等，并结合针对性的穴位敷贴及腹部按摩中医辨证护理措施后，患者病情逐步稳定，护理效果较好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. By giving patients routine nursing， including disease monitoring， diet adjustment， medication nursing， daily life nursing and psychological nursing， combined with targeted acupoint application and abdominal massage TCM syndrome differentiation nursing measures， the patient's condition was gradually stable， and the nursing effect was good.
