摘要

本文总结1例双侧臀部附骨疽合并高位截瘫患者的护理体会。通过控制感染、调节血糖、心理护理、中医外治和辨证施护等措施，明显改善患者临床症状，取得显著效果。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with bilateral buttoctics with high paraplegia. By controlling infection， regulating blood glucose， psychological nursing， external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and dialectical nursing， the clinical symptoms of patients were significantly improved and remarkable effects were achieved.
