摘要

本文总结1例脆性糖尿病合并肝癌晚期患者的护理经验。对患者进行脆性糖尿病饮食指导，实施个体化运动护理、叙事护理干预，同时结合耳穴压豆中医适宜技术，稳定了患者的血糖波动，改善了患者的不良心理情绪，提高了患者的治疗依从性及自我管理能力。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a brittle diabetes patient with advanced liver cancer. The diet guidance， individualized exercise nursing and narrative nursing intervention， combined with the appropriate technique of auricular point pressing in Traditional Chinese Medicine were applied， which stabilized the blood sugar fluctuation. The patient's negative psychological emotions， treatment compliance and the self-management ability improved.
