摘要

本文总结1例砭石熨摩中药透入治疗老年人功能性便秘的护理体会。通过科学的护理评估和辨证分型，确定患者护理方案，并基于中医基础理论，采用中药膏摩和穴位贴敷缓解患者便秘症状。同时配合排便指导、饮食调护、运动锻炼、用药指导等护理干预，进一步改善临床症状，治疗便秘效果显著。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of traditional Chinese medicine needle needle ironing and rubbing in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly. Through scientific nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation classification， the patient care plan was determined， and based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， Chinese ointment rubbing and acupoint application were used to relieve the symptoms of constipation. At the same time， nursing intervention such as defecation guidance， diet care， exercise and medication guidance can further improve the clinical symptoms， and the effect of constipation treatment is significant.
