摘要

本文总结1例采用参苓白术散中药鼻饲改善脓毒血症患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的护理经验。通过完善护理评估，在分析引起腹泻的原因及落实肠内营养相关性腹泻的预防措施基础上进行辨证施护，去除相关危险因素。对于腹泻未改善的患者，采用中药鼻饲参苓白术散，有效提高肠内营养的耐受性，缓解患者腹泻症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of nasal feeding with Shenlingbaizhu powder to improve enteral nutrition-related diarrhea in a patient with sepsis. Based on the analysis of the causes of diarrhea and the implementation of preventive measures for enteral nutrition-related diarrhea， syndrome differentiation nursing was carried out to remove related risk factors. For patients with diarrhea， nasal feeding Shenlingbaizhu powder can effectively improve the tolerance of enteral nutrition and relieve the symptoms of diarrhea.
