摘要

本文总结1例运用中医综合疗法改善反复发作的肝性脑病患者临床症状的护理体会。在中西医治疗的基础上运用中医特色护理技术，包括神阙穴贴敷、食醋保留灌肠、中药封包联合红外线治疗，有效改善了该患者肝性脑病症状，减缓发病，提高了患者生活质量和满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of using traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with recurrent hepatic encephalopathy. On the basis of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment， the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology， including Shenque acupoint application， vinegar retention enema， traditional Chinese medicine packet combined with infrared ray treatment， effectively improved the symptoms of hepatic encephalopathy， slow down the onset， and improved the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
