摘要

本文总结1例结肠息肉术后患者腹痛的中西医结合护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估，予患者中西医结合护理，从术后护理和中医辨证护理方面综合应用耳穴综合疗法、艾灸等护理技术，有效减轻患者疼痛。同时，结合中医整体护理的优势改善患者失眠情况，予患者延续护理持续改善健康状态，以期降低结肠息肉的复发率。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for a patient with abdominal pain after colon polyp surgery. After the patient was admitted to the hospital， the nursing assessment was improved， the patient was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing， and the comprehensive auricular point therapy， moxibustion and other nursing techniques were comprehensively applied from the postoperative nursing and TCM syndrome differentiation nursing， so as to effectively reduce the patient's pain. At the same time， combined with the advantages of holistic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine， the patients' insomnia was improved， and the patients' health status was continuously improved by continuing nursing， so as to reduce the recurrence rate of colonic polyps.
