摘要

本文探讨水凝胶联合泡沫敷料应用于1例糖尿病伤口患者的治疗及护理效果。对患者伤口进行清创、敷药后，采用水凝胶联合泡沫敷料覆盖伤口，综合伤口护理、控制血糖、心理护理、饮食护理、运动护理，病人伤口愈合情况良好，患者在较短时间内痊愈。

Abstract

This article discusses the treatment and nursing effect of hydrogel combined with foam dressing in a case of diabetes wound. After debridement and dressing of the patient's wound， hydrogel and foam dressing were used to cover the wound. By the implementation of comprehensive wound care， blood sugar control， psychological care， dietary care， and exercise care， the patient's wound healing was good， and the patient recovered in a relatively short period of time.
