This article summarizes the nursing experience on a case of undifferentiated schizophrenia with constipation treated with targeted transdermal traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point pressing. The patient suffered from undifferentiated schizophrenia with constipation, and due to various reasons, constipation was difficult to improve, which increased the difficulty of nursing. Based on the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, a combination of targeted transdermal medication and auricular point pressing therapy was applied, while implementing diet, exercise, and psychological care. After 20 days of treatment and care, the patient's constipation symptoms were relieved.
